This slow-growing palm from the Mediterranean Basin is extremely resistant to the cold and is an ideal specimen to plant in a rockery or to sit on your patio in a large terracotta pot. Over time, a small tuft of tightly packed leaves will grow.


Chamærops humilis 'Vulcano'

A 'Yaki-Murata' Japanese fence, made entirely of bamboo. Different sizes are available. Other styles of bamboo fences and gates are available.

'Kasuga' lantern in grey granite. Various sizes available, between 0.9m and 1.8m (3ft-6ft) tall, weighing between 150 kg and 750 kg (24st-120st). Inside sits a Shizendourou-style lantern made of granite.

This magnificent bush, native to New Zealand is remarkable for its green and silvery-white branches and its extremely delicate white flowers with their beautiful mauve centres. To be planted either outside in a well-protected spot, or in a pot, so that it can be brought inside for the winter months.

Shade-loving Japanese perennial that grows in the heart of damp forests, among the mosses and ferns. This late-flowering plant adds a touch of colour to your garden at a time when other plants are beginning to fade.


Tricyrtis hototoguisha

The Penstemon family includes an array of plants from perennials to low-lying shrubs that has adapted to a wide range of climates. This hybrid was chosen for its brightly coloured flowers.

The Olearia family includes around 180 species of plants, 150 of which are native to Australia. This particular variety is evergreen and flowers from August until October. During this period it is covered in hundreds of tiny blue flowers.
